The ability to integrate our Data Warehouse jobs/plans from to application jobs/plans reduced data timeliness and reruns. We execute Informatica PowerCenter workflows, Tableau, Alteryx, and ICEDQAdmin jobs, and database sqls using the AB software. The ability to create job dependencies visually is very helpful. AB allowed us to create dependencies between the applications which improved our SLA metrics and report accuracy, as we had coordination issues between our DW Informatica PWC loads, BI reports, and Analytics jobs. Triggering jobs with the file trigger allows much more independence for our business users. They can run jobs as often as they like without having to schedule a job.
