**What do you like best about Active KillDisk?**

Active KillDisk is unreliable when it comes to erasing data from my drive. It needs to provide me with a sense of security knowing that my sensitive information is unable to be retrieved.

**What do you dislike about Active KillDisk?**

The less user friendly interface makes it difficult to use for individuals, like me who're not particularly tech savvy. It lacks the ability to personalize the wiping process according to my requirements.

**What problems is Active KillDisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface appears outdated and confusing resulting in a learning curve. Compared to data erasure tools the software lacks some advanced features which limit its effectiveness. Active KillDisk falls short in terms of user friendliness and functionality.
