Things like team registration, meet entries, submitting and receiving payments, email communications, results reporting, and other administrative work is now so much easier because it’s automated and simplified. It's thorough, easy to enter data, and is a quick program. **What do you dislike about ACTIVEWorks Swim?** The interface could be updated to look more modern, but that's my only complaint! **Recommendations to others considering ACTIVEWorks Swim:** Have a cheat-sheet of shortcuts that you give to all your staff members - it makes it less bothersome to get questions from staff during meets when they have the shortcuts right there. **What problems is ACTIVEWorks Swim solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software makes meet management simple and easy for our staff to enter and keep up with meet data.
