What do you like best about ACTIVE Hy-Tek?

What do you dislike about ACTIVE Hy-Tek?

The interface could be updated to look more modern, but that's my only complaint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ACTIVE Hy-Tek:

Have a cheat-sheet of shortcuts that you give to all your staff members - it makes it less bothersome to get questions from staff during meets when they have the shortcuts right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
