I have never encountered an issue with it in the past. It does everything it says it does and is easy to use. **What do you dislike about Active@Disk Image?** It has limited features for the free version, and the standard version (paid) includes features you can find in other free backup products. They need to step up their offering or adjust the features available in each tier. **What problems is Active@Disk Image solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently not solving any issues using Active@Disk Image. I am using a free alternative that includes the same feature set that the paid versions have. ### 2.
