ActivateStaff is a unified staffing platform for light industrial, skilled trades and healthcare staffing agencies. It replaces the separate front office, back office and worker app that most agencies run today with one system on one record: an ATS for recruiters, a mobile app for workers branded to the agency, a client portal, scheduling and time, invoicing, payroll and onboarding, including I-9 and E-Verify. Recruiters work one placement record that carries its own bill and pay rates. Workers see jobs, accept them, clock in and see pay in the app. Clients post orders, see who is coming and approve time in the portal. Approved time flows to the invoice and the pay run without re-keying or a month-end reconciliation. Scheduling is native: jobs are built from time blocks, so a six-month assignment, a two-day job and a per diem shift run on the same platform. Switching is handled by a data ingestion tool that brings workers, clients, orders, rates, invoicing, and payroll history across from legacy staffing systems, flagging bad records before they land.
