First you remind to all the people that technology is a part of the solution but that the people around it make you successful and that is such the Uber truth. When talking email you highlight that you have your template which as been crafted based on your objectors and taking into account your audience. Email templating is in my opinion a fine mix between art and science. Concerning the bugs, let be honest of course we encounter some, most of the time we can fix them pretty quickly, but sometimes we need more time to avoid braking other parts of the solution.
