If you ever run into an issue, their first response is "there is no issue". If there is an issue that the team, acknowledges, the team will either take weeks to fix it, or will tell you that they aren't going to fix it. Trying to get in contact with anyone at actionstep, by email or phone, is like pulling nails. **Recommendations to others considering Actionstep:** Don't consider them.
