Customizable to your company's tech stack and data requirements from an initial integration perspective, but also from an audience and segmentation perspective. You can connect multiple sources of data, a variety of other tools and leverage the powerful features (i.e. person-match) in your day-to-day within the tool and outside of the tool. There are opportunities to improve the platform, while AIQ understands CDP's are not one-size-fits-all, having ready-made templates for audiences or basic reporting would take the tool to the next level. This would also alleviate some of the heavy lifting the client-side teams need to do in terms of creating audiences, variables or reporting dashboards from scratch. Being a flexible tool that is open to customization while overwhelmingly advantageous, also has disadvantages in the fact that it requires the necessary headcount and technical experience to implement properly. A main use-case for CDP's is resolving multiple versions of customer profiles in a given database. AIQ has made resolving multiple accounts within our database easy through their person-match feature. Their person-match technology consolidates multiple versions of the same profile into a master AIQ profile. Through this, you can track their exposure to various omnichannel campaigns. My favorite part of the tool is the ability to put a goal and/or results and associate it to the campaign so you can go to one place to see the overall results of the campaign from send information all the way to response. With the the industry moving towards a much more automated world, it would be great to have more flexibility in creating output fields and/or having more cloning features in that area as many areas require very customized outputs along with more coding flexibility so that this portion of the campaign build can be more efficient. The problems we are solving is designing campaigns in such a way that they are more trackable now as our campaign lists and campaign execution journey's live in one place. The platform itself is very intuitive and there is thorough documentation to assist with onboarding and onwards. Every member of the ActionIQ team is continually looking to help improve the platform by taking in all feedback from our conversations. They have even set up user feedback sessions from power-users as they share new functionality and iterate. Also, their expertise is greatly appreciated when reviewing initiatives and architecture for the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CDP Agent? There really haven't been any down-sides as any issues were a by-product of internal miscommunications on our (client) side. The only area that could perhaps be beneficial is enhanced SQL capabilities for the variable builds to reduce the need for continuously updating the feeds. What problems is CDP Agent solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to identify customers in order to action on their behavior and deliver consistent messaging as many customers have different touchpoints with our brands. One of the benefits, or side-effects, is that it is helping push to have clear business rules. The ability to have a more centralized and automated delivery to various platforms has most certainly been a benefit as it has allowed business units to have increased bandwidth and more reliability in the segments being pushed across channels. The User interface on this platform is extremely user friendly. Ease of use is one of the major things to like on this platform. Additionally the platform offers simple analytical insights specially with regards to views on overlapping audiences. These insights are pretty useful in coming up with potential alterations for marketing campaigns on what strategy is likely to work best with specific audiences. One of the primary restrictions on this platform is that it doesn't easily allow configuration of multiple audience keys for the database. I find that very restrictive since it doesn't allow us to prepare campaigns in the manner most appropriate to the underlying data relevant for those campaigns. Part of the reason to implement AIQ was to provide simplistic analytics which would offer insight into how some of the key strategies are performing in the market. While there isn't a wide range of visual analytics that we have seen yet; I feel that the tool's overlapping audience analytical function allows us the capacity to make subtle alterations in our campaign goals while keeping the long term corporate strategy embedded. I have found the AIQ support team helpful and professional throughout our entire implementation process. They have answered all our questions and ensured we have all the information we need when we need it. We're solving the issue of not knowing our customers very well. With the insights from AIQ we are able to better market to our customers with information and deals they would like to see. The ActionIQ team is very helpful and responsive. The platform has modernized audience management which helps us reach more customers in a multi-channel, coordinated way. The automation of processes that used to be manual has been a huge benefit to our organization, and the ease of executing multi-channel campaigns has proven quite beneficial. However, there are several "white space" features we would like to see from ActionIQ, including more granular browse behavior, rewards program integration, and mobile app specific customer lists.
