It automates updates and security checks, saving time and making everything simpler and safer. **What do you dislike about Action1?** The only thing I don't like about Action1 is that some advanced features take a bit of time to understand and configure correctly. At first, it can seem a bit complex. I don't think the company will continue to fund it, plus I had to reinstall because it kept giving me an error!!!! **What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Action1 solves the problem of having to manually manage updates, patches, security checks, and remote access to devices. Before, I had to do everything one by one, risking forgetting something or wasting time. With Action1, I can manage everything from a single console, including remote desktop connections. ### 2. Customers find it super easy to install after sending them the link. The installation process is painless and FAST, even for the inexperienced user. **What do you dislike about Action1?** Some of the more advanced features have a bit of a learning curve to utilize. New, added 06/24/2025 at 13:00 CDT Their support seems to come from a chatbot that doesn't get it right. Been having issues receiving their authentication code via email (like it never comes or shows up 4 hours later). Contacted their support 2 weeks ago and it still is an issue. Makes using the product impossible. **What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The clean interface and EASY installation make it a breeze to use. Up and running in no time.
