ActiKidz is class and studio management software for private tutors, music and language teachers, studios and small education providers in Canada and the United States. It brings the day-to-day work of running lessons into one place: the timetable, enrollment, student records, attendance, lesson packages, payments and parent communication. Scheduling: build a weekly timetable with recurring lessons and conflict detection. Studios with several teachers can work from shared calendars. Enrollment and students: accept online enrollment with waitlists, and keep student and family profiles in one place. Attendance and lesson packages: check students in from a phone. Attended lessons are deducted from prepaid packages automatically, so balances stay accurate without spreadsheets. Payments: families can pay online through Stripe once the provider connects its own Stripe account, and the money goes directly to the provider. e-Transfer, cash and cheque payments can be recorded manually, with PDF invoices. ActiKidz does not take a commission on class fees. Parent communication and class reports: send in-app and email notifications in English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese. Teachers can draft class reports from lesson notes with AI assistance and review them before parents see them. ActiKidz runs on the web and as a mobile app for teachers. The free Teacher Starter plan covers one teacher with up to five active students. Paid plans start at CA$14.95 per month. ActiKidz also operates a free class-discovery site where Canadian parents search kids' classes, camps and activities by city, age and category. ActiKidz is built and operated by JibInfo System Inc., a software company incorporated in British Columbia and based in Vancouver.
