actiTIME allows you to keep all the projects and tasks of the company organized in one place, it is a very useful tool currently and can be used in any company.

actiTIME has all the necessary functions that allow you to schedule and follow up the various daily tasks of the company or schedule the pending projects to be done.

Some of the main functions of actiTIME are:
- It allows you to have a follow-up time on a weekly time sheet.
- Follow up on pending tasks.
- Collect data using useful reporting tools.
- Obtain accurate information for customer billing.
- Analyze the cost of various work activities.

**What do you dislike about actiTIME?**

The free version has certain limited or unavailable functions, they should implement 3, 6 and 9 month plans, so they could offer better price plans.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend any company to use this tool because it is very useful, by using actiTIME you can better track most of the company's activities, thus achieving better performance and profitability for the company.

This application has different tools that seek to facilitate the daily work within the company, is a perfect way to manage the time spent on different tasks and projects, with this application you can take a more organized teamwork and know how efficient are the employees. It has many customization options, fighting in this tool one of the best when managing work time and progress of projects, allows to know the costs and changes, as well as offers the possibility of administering the permissions that each employee has in the company.

This tool works well and I don't have problems using it at the moment, until now it offers multiple benefits that I haven't seen in other applications. If one detail I would take into account is that you can consider improving the interface of this program.

ACTiTIME provides managers with full insight into the workload of projects so that they can better allocate human resources to meet business requirements. Accounting Managers can use actiTIME to streamline payroll processing and to ensure that invoiced time is not missed when billing customers. actiTIME provides business owners with a complete overview of past and current project performance. The online license for actiTIME is granted to the user monthly, so the cost of using the software is fixed. Adding users increases the monthly cost. You can save money by paying for a longer period of time, for example, 6 or 12 months.

actiTIME is designed to help you capture the time spent working on projects, tasks, and sub-tasks, starting with the project manager who creates the project, defines the scope of the project and creates the tasks needed to finish the project can also create teams of employees and can assign an employee to a team leader, then the project manager assigns tasks to teams and users, who can then track their time based on these tasks.

actiTIME gives me the ability to import data from CSV file to speed up the project configuration process.

This application has different tools, is a program that includes several very useful options for the company, allows you to carry an organization of different employees, know the payment to be made to each according to the work time they have devoted to different projects, with this program you can get to carry all the data of the different projects efficiently.

This application does not have anything that I do not like, really meets everything I expected and is easy to use by all employees, this program can be a tedious to configure at first, that detail is the only one to take into account.

This tool allows you to manage in an organized manner the management of various employees of the company, where you can know the time spent on various projects, thus knowing quickly the payments to be made according to the work time they have invested. actiTIME also has several very functional tools for any company, allows you to take the cost of projects to perform, see the time invested and budget in an organized manner.

This application does not have a menu very easy to understand, so it can be a little complicated first use and when it comes to having to configure the various tools contained in this application can become a long process if you are not used to working with this tool.

I recommend this program for any type of company, is really useful because it has many tools that can serve for any type of business, this tool is perfect to take control of a large number of employees without problem, I recommend to better manage the payments to be made and carry the expenses that are made in each project.

The program has multiple tools to maintain a perfect control of the different employees, has the ability to take the working time of the employees, as well as observe the time invested in different projects of the company. The program is excellent for calculating the payments of all employees without the need to make calculations that can generate a loss of time, actiTIME allows you to carry this data in real time, in the same way allows employees of the company have access and can know how much time they have spent on work.

This program has an obsolete design, which generates a certain distrust to the first contact with it, it would be a good option to consider to improve graphically the interface and the different tools to become a more comfortable program to handle.

**Recommendations to others considering actiTIME:**

It is a program recommended for companies with a certain number of employees, an individual company or with a minimum of employees, would be a program that you can not get the most out of it, considering it is somewhat expensive. The program certainly recommends it to start doing the calculations automatically and know perfectly the working time of the different employees. The program has a trial version that you can use without problems.

Mainly we have generated a saving of time, through the use of this program has been achieved to take control of the various employees more quickly and comfortably, which has eliminated the need to make calculations that could become tedious or annoying. This program allows different employees to have access to their information in real time, which allows them to observe how much their next payments will be, these generates more confidence with the company.

actiTime is a very compact software, the version that was released for mobile devices is the one that I liked the most, because being outside my computer I can take the time of any task, even the smallest, and see results in real time and with good statistics.

What I like most about actiTime is its phone version, since it comes more complete and brings more specifications, and believe it or not, it is much faster and more feasible than the web version. I also really like that this program is so easy to understand statistically, because when the work hour or work day ends, it shows graphs to improve my understanding of my employees, these graphs are quite diverse and increase the probabilities to calculate the figures to be paid to each employee and not present any future inconvenience.

What I like most about actiTime are the following functions:

What I like most about actiTime is that it is a program where you can start several users within an organization, I mean there is no need to be sharing the same user with several employees as this brings certain confusion and time delay because I as Administrator would have to give the key to my employees whenever I needed to change it, however with the implementation that placed actiTime a few months ago, employees will be able to enter with their user name that is integrating in an organization with the name of the company, this has streamlined the way of working with the employees in charge of taking the time, because that way they can work multiple accounts easily.

I do not like that this software has such a bad design, because if you look at it in detail, the design that the graphs have, the statistics, the fields of login, all that is with a design and very basic colors that do not attract good concentration to my employees, however this has not limited the work, maybe a little, but not in a way that affects so much. What I like most about actiTime is that it offers a very comfortable, understandable and easy-to-use interface, an interface that offers the user an incredible comfort where you can diversify and apply your work measures, on the other hand, I would mention the following points positive of him:

- Time graphs

The graphs of work, which represents the time to complete the time, are quite understandable, the graphics are not difficult to understand and with a simple glance we can realize the time worked.

- Extra time characteristic.

This program also has the possibility of ordering the extra time the client works, this brings many benefits at the level of the business organization since we would have better control.

**What do you dislike about actiTIME?**

So far I can not represent negative points of this software, because it has reached my expectations by providing different factors that make me consider it a valid software and consolidation with users, all its features are perfect and help a lot to keep a control within the company , presenting work reports automatically.

I would recommend this program for all the companies that want to keep track of the workers and the time they dedicate to the work, I think that this program would be good for them and they would bring excellent benefits in a long term of work.

I consider this program the best because it has brought me excellent benefits in my company, before we started using it, we had to take into account the working time through notes / sheets, and from there we kept those documents to keep track of how many hours The person worked, but now that we have this fantastic tool, we have improved exponentially, adding better organization and accuracy.

All its platform is very explanatory. No details are passed, everything is specific and detailed. It is easy to take the time and activities or daily tasks that one must perform. It contains many functions that makes actiTime not only an hour organizer

It is a bit confusing to know how to start secion on the web. In spite of having many functions, they only implement the basics, more turorial videos!

Have your life organized with actiTime, it is easy to carry a cotrol of everything. If your time is worth gold try this program.

**What do you like best about actiTIME?**

What I like most about actiTIME is that I can easily adapt to take the time of my work and manage it, take control and thus be able to undertake a payment to my employees, I also like it to be a simple and adaptable program I can easily count the time and have no failures or stop the meter, the hours of work provided by my staff have been taken into account to achieve an efficient and fair payment for all people. I will continue using this software because it has gained my trust and has proven to be quite valid for my company because of the great features it has.

**What do you dislike about actiTIME?**

What I do not like about actiTiME is its cost, I consider that today's programs do not take this factor into account and it gives them the same if the program is in high demand due to the affordable prices it has. actiTIME is a program that is currently not so well known, but I think that if you add more innovations within your software and improve its interface as such to provide more comfort to the user, and thus equalize prices, it would be better known and more people they would have the facility to access it and make it emerge in a better way

I would recommend this software because I think that many companies should incorporate it in their work organization because in this way they can take better control of their time and group work would be more successful.

We've been using it for 6 years now, and found it very useful. It's easy to navigate and great for people working at different sites.

Some reporting could be improved, also the list of reports is not so handy.

I don't work super closely with actitime, but I gauge from the team that does that it is flexible enough for our needs. I believe it is serving our needs adequately.

I don't really have too much feedback on dislikes. I think this product is serving us very well in terms of tracking time and managing a big project that we have with an outside stakeholder.

It would be great if one could also estimate time and create budget estimates for projects, i.e., have both estimated and actual time. Also, have some sort of performance analysis module.

**What do you like best about actiTIME?**

It's relatively straightforward to quickly add projects, tasks to projects and track time against them.  It's also quick and easy to report against all time tracked, which is useful when discovering where your company spends a good deal of it's time.

**What do you dislike about actiTIME?**

Since it's an online application, you have to remember to refresh the page when you open your browse from the previous day.  I've spent 30 minutes entering time, then went to hit save and the page refreshes, losing all my time added. 

**Recommendations to others considering actiTIME:**

Identifying key terminology prior to using the product is a must.  Everyone must be on the same page when creating tasks and projects or multiple projects can be created for the same purpose, making it difficult to easily identify time spent on projects.

I'm able to quick create reports to identify where the majority of my and my companies time is going.

The software is very easy to use. Creating customers, projects, and tasks to put time against is quick and simple. 

**What do you dislike about actiTIME?**

The software doesn't seem to always account for vacation time. Occasionally, I will receive an email saying that I did not record sufficient time when I was on vacation or PTO. Might also be something configured wrong though.

We use it for employee time tracking. We are able to create a record for each customer and under that customer, create projects with a list of tasks to put time against.
