We implemented last year Acterys as our New Planning Tool in my company. The technology from Acterys together with the Power BI package it gave us an excellent environment for our current and future Planning process.

The Modeller is an awesome tool to create and maintain data models in an easy way and without knowledge of SQL. Planning with the Acterys visuals is a great experience, and constantly new releases are bringing to the end user an experience even better.

We found out that features were missing when we started working with Acterys, but they tried to cover them with new releases.

Just to give an example, we missed an easy way to create comments with MATRIX gen 2 PBI visual. With one of the releases beginning of 2024 they covered this feature and that was incredibly good.

Acterys helped Urban Energy do build a whole tool for the Company. It allows us to track advancement of the projects, profitability, budgets, AP and AR. They are aggregating datas from a lot of different tools that we are using (QBO, time tracking, Microsoft Project, etc) in one place so we can compare datas and have a live and always updated view of where we stand. The implementation is very smooth and easy and they are answering questions/concerns in no time. It changes the daily operation of the company radically and we saved at least 10hrs/week of manual work. I can not recommend them enough, it's worth the investment.
