# How do I hire an office assistant who is trained to use Act!, without having to train them? I need help setting up my AMA and a few other things with Act!, but I can't seem to find an administrative assistant who is familiar with Act! I have tried Indeed and Upwork, and NO ONE is familiar with Act!. They all know SalesForce, Zoho and GoHiLevel, etc... but not Act!. Can you help? ##### Post Metadata

# Each time I click the email icon in ACT to start an email message in Outlook, I get a box... Each time I click the email icon in ACT to start an email message in Outlook, I get a box that pops ups that says: 'A program is trying to access email address information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected...then it gives me an option to allow access for 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Any way to avoid this? ##### Post Metadata
