“Works Well for Combo of Consumer and B2B Management”

What do you like best?

I like the clean user experience with Act-On marketing automation software. I've used other MA tools that weren't as easy to implement across our teams. The forms for in-bound work well as standalone or through our new site that uses other forms that drop into Act-On. We manage hundreds of leads each week with the system and push into NetSuite as well. Once configured it has worked great.

What do you dislike?

Still waiting for a more in-depth integration with NetSuite. It would be nice to have NS on the level as sales force so we can automate more of the nurture process.
