**What do you like best about Act! for Real Estate Professionals?**

This works wonderful everyday with very little issues. Sometimes, it does freeze up, but it is fine a few moments later

**What do you dislike about Act! for Real Estate Professionals?**

I do not like when it freezes up. It only takes about 5 minutes to start working again but it is annoying. I also do not like that its very hard to look up more than one account at the time. 

**What problems is Act! for Real Estate Professionals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Act makes it very simple to find, record and update client information. I think the benefits would be having all of a client or potential customers info pulled up and ready to go when I call them
