What I like most about True Image is the ease with which each function and tool of the software is understood without the need to search for long tutorials and/or follow tedious procedures to be able to use it, so an average user not necessarily from the technology field (although with basic computer knowledge) will be able to use it without difficulty (or that was our case). unfortunately I could not integrate an effective functionality to mount the backup on other hardware, when I do it on the same hardware function perfectly, but if I want to use my saved image of the backup on another computer with different hardware, in most of the cases generates errors.
