"One Lightweight Agent for Backup, Cybersecurity, and Patch Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

Honestly, the fact that I don’t have to juggle five different tools anymore. Having backup, cybersecurity, and patch management all handled by one single, lightweight agent is a lifesaver for system performance and my sanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

The console can be pretty frustrating and unintuitive at times, and it doesn't always work exactly the way you want it to. You definitely have to spend a decent amount of time messing around with it and learning its quirks before you can fully understand how everything works. The console works well, but, little things like the overview report, dont show the reported items sometimes, so you need to identify the item and looks up unitarily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

1. Complex Licensing and Pricing

Many users find the licensing model confusing because features are split across multiple add-on packs and service tiers. This can make quoting and forecasting costs difficult, especially for MSPs.

2. Performance Issues

Users frequently report that the management portal can be slow, particularly when handling large environments, backups, or multiple tenants. Dashboard loading delays are a recurring complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud for Backup, XDR, EDR, and the management of PCs and servers. I find the backup feature perfect and appreciate how it allows me to manage updates and EDR for our PCs. It's simple but complete, which makes it valuable. When setting up something, the questions are designed to guide me easily, so I just have to follow them to set it up. The initial setup was very easy, taking just minutes the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Backup with Minor Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

I appreciate that the initial setup of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is relatively straightforward. I also like the management, which is great and is all handled through a single console with tabs relating to each section of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

Google Workspace backup is still unable to be configured to use OUs, and MS365 backup in a similar vein is an 'all-or-one at a time' approach, which can be uncomfortable to explain to end-users/customers. Google integration was not completed, and Disaster Recovery was originally poorly configured, but is much better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Backup and Security with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

I use Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud for protecting my company's data in case of any disaster. I've found the user experience to be very good. The entire machine backup feature is amazing as it allows me to recover my lost system effortlessly. The product management console's UI is fabulous, making it easy to use, especially for someone with an IT background. I also appreciate the CDP feature in backups, which enables real-time backup similar to online documents, and the Active Protection feature in EDR, which effectively safeguards against ransomware by immediately rolling back any malicious encryption processes. The initial setup was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

I feel that Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud's EDR needs more visibility and improvement. I've compared it with other EDR solutions and found that there's a lot more features and better control with competitors. I understand it has just entered the EDR world, but improving this would increase customer trust. For example, Acronis could benefit from features like HIPS in Kaspersky, where processes are categorized by trustworthiness, allowing for quick action against processes that behave unexpectedly. "A complete endpoint: control, security, and AI automation with great support"
4/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

The number of low-impact tools on performance that combines a single endpoint, a single agent providing control, security, AI automations, all at a reasonable price and with more than professional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?

Perhaps if its advantage is also its disadvantage, that one cannot be excellent at everything, but it has everything an MSSP provider needs to deliver service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
