Combining these into a signle cloud portal makes management incredibly easy, something that I previously did in 5 different portals is now done through a single service. The support from the team at Acronis is fantastic and we appreciate the genuine care they have for us. The software is surprisingly light weight compared to alternatives on the market, especially considering the amount of different offerings running through a single client. Our account manager is awesome too! TY RONNA! **What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?** Comms severly limit the installation and registration of the client. We have clients in remote locations with limited comms and onboarding devices with Acronis for these clients is a nightmare. I have yet to find solid and understandable instructions for deploying the offline agent. The process to regenerate a registration code to register the software to the cloud console is not the best. If my registration code times out, having to completely close the program out and then run the installer again is time consuming, especially if my registration code times out multiple times. Logging into the cloud portal on a client machine isn't a great option either as it can be a security risk when signing in with admin credentials to a program while remoting into a device, what happens if I lose connectivity and then the end user has full access to the cyber protect console? **What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** EDR, Backups, Patch management, Email Security in a relatively light weight package.
