It has a heavy emphasis on ease of use, with it being particularly easy to provision new machines onto the backup, create new plans, modify existing plans, and recover both files and whole machine images. The whole reason we can provide service to clients out of state is because we can remotely restore a server very quickly using the Acronis software. Additionally, their Perception Point email security is extremely powerful. Prices for these services are fairly set, and there are no "minimum" license purchases needed so it makes it very little risk to try a new service through their system. It is very easy to install and implement for our customers, and alerts are manageable and can export to our Autotask ticketing system. The backup locations available are robust and varied - one can back up to the cloud, local USB, local NAS, shared folder on a computer, etc., all using the same backup agent. **What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?** This is a minor gripe, but I wish the time-out period on the website was longer. They do say it is an hour long, but it appears to time out much more quickly than that. **What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acronis allows us to conduct server restores remotely, so long as the hardware infrastructure is available. We can use a variety of hardware infrastructure for this purpose - generally, we need a 32-GB workstation running Windows Pro. The software is so versatile that i can conduct a restore on an office computer without even interrupting the user of that computer. Acronis also took over our Graphus subscription for email security. They use Perception Point which is so powerful, and allows regular client-facing reporting. It's cheaper than many of the alternatives but more powerful than others I have tried. I attribute Acronis as the company that enables us to grow a client base outside of our onsite service area. ### 4.
