The onboarding of workloads and creating of protection plans is very straightforward. As long as the network has no problem, connecting the workloads and then backing them up is fairly easy. Then of course it now has more features for security so it helps in promoting to other clients so besides having a backup, it ensures that there are healthy restore points and ensures that workloads are protected as well. **What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud?** The downside is that sometime issues, even when seen in the KB, can't be solved through normal troubleshooting. Sometimes support can't give a straightforward answer to some of the brought-up issues and you'll have to solve it on your own workaround. **What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backing up of on-premises workloads especially for Active Directory and physical application servers. It does more than backup but we also take advantage of its RMM features especially in remotely managing some of the workloads so that admins are able to connect even when outside of the organization's network when some issues need resolving outside of office hours. ### 2. If you want to download a backup, you have to search for the PC name in a big list without any filter or search function, which is really inconvenient. The other way is to restore it directly to a machine that already has Acronis.
