Transfer the data in chat, makes convenient to use also good API support.

So far couldn't get any reason for dislike, need to use much more to analyse this.

It is giving chat support for all issues. Encouraging users to use Acquire for small issues, which is giving more time for us to focus on other work

Simply interface. Easy integration process with our existing software. Easy to manage multiple chats at a time.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

The notifications for the desktop version work sporadically. The mobile app does not have notifications at all. This has caused me to miss chats that have come in. This flaw must be addressed, and we have reached out to customer support multiple times with no answers provided.

Everything a small businesses needs to connect via the website and enhance customer experice.

Updating standard messages is hard. Reporting could be automated to share monthly insights, unreliable address field in the profile section and Connet Microsoft CRM.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

Acquire support and features are top-level and one of a kind. We spent months looking for the perfect solution for our needs and the Acquire product checked all of them.

Acquire team helped us set the app up in record time and when we faced a problem the CTO itself was with a meeting with us trying to pinpoint the problem.

The level of personalization was also a great plus. Since our client was based in a Spanish-speaking country, we needed a global solution that provided a Spanish interface to our visitors. Acquire allowed us to modify even specific parts of the interface translation to match our client's needs.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

The price might be a bit high if you only need certain parts of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquire:**

Take a closer look at the features. If you can replace your live chat and live video support needs with Acquire alone, that would be a great deal for you.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer acquisition with video calls was a need for our project. The product Acquire provided was a great addition to the solution we were developing.

We also wanted to provide our visitors with the possibility to chat instead of a video call or even allow only a voice call in case they didn't want to share their webcam. The Acquire app was easily adjustable in that regard.

The platform is is professional made and i found them professional in marketing relationship tools, all features are made professionally to so customers can intrect easily

I found almost everything helpful using this platform, however there are more rooms to make the part of software open for other developers to get involved and integrate their apps with it as API.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

The second wave impacted our business, and due to this our team felt a little bit down; even they're willing to support our end customers. We internally decided to try cobrowse to enhance CX, and luckily Acquire have this excellent solution which seamlessly fit our requirement. Plus, Acquire support goes above & beyond. I see constant innovation & addons in the system, miles to go with Acquire.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

Aah, I don't see any cons in the product, but I can share my views; becoming transparent on pricing on its page will help more with lead conversion. I firstly hesitated to submit details to get connected with your team.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Experience! Improved almost 20x better response time from us, plus won several deals which we might miss if we did not use this tool.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

There is a lot of everything in Acquire when it comes to communicating with customers in real time. We really like how Acquire centralizes the main ways our guests like to communicate with us online: chat, email, VOIP and text.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

It's a new product, so it's not without bugs or issues. The good news is the Acquire team is pretty quick to fix any bugs that we find.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquire:**

Try Acquire first, we spent a lot of time looking for an all in one solution, and could have saved a lot of time by trying Acquire before alternatives.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing communication into one platform allows our agents to respond quicker and be more efficient, as they are not having to bounce around multiple produts.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

The chatbox supports many file types making it easy for us to get additional detail and help our users more effectively. Being able to snip an image from my screen and then immediately copy/paste into the chatbox is great. While not all businesses will need this functionality, it is a big part of the value-add for our team. Also, the analytics screen is useful to quickly see load distribution among team members.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

There are lots of little bugs that crop up. Sometimes messages will display on either the browser app or web-based version of acquire but do not appear on the other. Sometimes I will hear a message come in and not be able to see them until I restart Acquire. The system is also rather slow when navigating between different screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquire:**

While I can't comment on the automated chatbot features, the live chat option has been very useful to us. I feel a large strength of acquire is it's ability to be flexible around their supported file types. You can drop in images, spreadsheets, pdfs, etc which makes it very easy to get to the root of a client's question. If that is something your business needs then Acquire should be considered.

We use Acquire to provide live customer support to our users. We also use Acquire to display automated pop-up messages when our staff is unavailable for holidays. We do not use the more automated chatbot features.

How well their tool served our support needs, but also our efforts on the acquistion and lead nurturing side. Acquire has native functionality for web messaging, and analytics related to that, which lets us target visitors at key points of their user journey and push them across the finish line

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

When we were using Acquire they didn't have support for email within their messaging platform. That may have changed though.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a fast chat interface that allowed us to handle insane chat volumes, and support proactive push messages to visitors and users alike. It served those purposes really well, and helped us get visibility on the performance of web pushing messages like never before.

I appreciate that our Account Manager is very responsive. Even when he doesn't know the answer, he gets back to us quickly. Customer service is key and it's nice to feel like we are being heard.

I think there are a few bugs within the product that need to be addressed. That said, our feedback is valued and they are creative with ways to work around and listen for input on further development of the solution.

I'd really like to see an application for the service or have the ability to receive email notifications in real time for users on our site.

Sometimes, the audio ding doesn't always alert me when someone comes to our site. It's periodic, but for the most part works more so than not.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

I like the format of the chat display and features. I like that it shows active and pending and switches when chats are reactivated. I like that we can set hours and holidays and collab with fellow acquire agents on cases or chats. The co browse feature is very helpful. I also like the instant and fast response from the Acquire reps they solve issues or questions we have about Acquire fast within the hour or day.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

I dislike the delay in the chat notifications and alerts. Acquire needs a mobile app ASAP. Most chat platforms have a mobile app which helps companies that are remote or in office.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems I am solving with using acquire is instant conversations with clients or Apporto users.
Co browsing when an issue is needed for easier explanation or problem solving.
Also if someone is speaking or typing in another language it is easy to translate and understand.

Acquire made it easy for us to integrate their solution into our proprietary website.  This was critical for us so that the  user experience matched that that we currently offer, but we did not want to develop a chat solution on our own.

The agent interface is sometimes slow and notifications of new chats sometimes inconsistent.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquire:**

Just make sure you do your due diligence to ensure that Acquire will meet all of your needs.  Here's a great question we asked several times during our due diligence process that helped us out - What questions am I not asking that I should be?

We wanted a solution where our customers could chat with us in the traditional form, but also something that would allow us to use video for a more personal connection with our customers.  The ability to screen-share was another great benefit.

The simplicity of the platform. This is a system that can be used by the smallest, and biggest organizations that are searching for a website chat solution. 

As a small organization, with simple needs this fit very well into what we were looking for.

Honestly, hard to find much I didn't like. From first meeting, to implementation, to follow ups the Acquire team has been brilliant.

As a student association that is used to students walking through our front doors, we needed a way to still service our students even with our college's campus closed. 

Acquire did exactly that !

Their offering - they claim to have an amazing product with so many amazing features.

There were so many bugs, and some features they promised were there weren't shipped yet. 
But more so - their support team was the worst I've ever seen. They were rude, blamed me for things not working, and eventually just suggested I churn and that's it.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

This platform is exactly what we were looking for. The installation and configuration process is ultra-lightweight (simple JavaScript inclusions). Acquire enables our call center team to communicate with members across multiple domains and the experience is seamless.

We haven't yet encountered anything that causes us an issue. We're solidly happy with the platform. In the future, it would be great to see acceptance of additional custom data fields when a new chat is initiated.

There are many live chat providers out there but many of them are out-of-balance between pricing, feature set, and the level of effort to integrate. Acquire covered all three concerns for us.

Acquire is an advanced, innovative and easy to use customer support platform.  It is designed and built specifically for best customer service. With Acquire’s customer support tools, we can have real-time conversations with our visitors and can offer quick support to their queries. We have observed an increase in conversions and sales.

There is nothing to dislike. The product is absolutely perfect for us.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

I have tried at least five chat providers and can honestly say that Acquire is the best for our needs. It works effortlessly, has all the functionalities that we need and works seamlessly with Google Dialogflow.  The Acquire customer service team is fast and willing to adjust their services to our needs. 

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

I don't really dislike anything about Acquire. I guess the only downside is that the Acquire management and development team is located in the US whereas our office is in Europe which makes training/getting answers to more complex questions a bit more complicated. This has never caused any problems for us though.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquire:**

If you need a service where you use the chatbot functionality to collect leads outside of office hours and are looking for a something reliable, effortless and easy to implement, Acquire is for you.

**What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acquire enables us to collect a huge amount of leads that we would otherwise miss out on and the platform has increased our revenue and made purchasing easier for our customers. Acquire enables us to answer our customers in real time and prompt them in conversation with handy pop up 'triggers' for each sales page.

What I like most about Acquire software is its easy configuration, it makes interacting with customers through the web and mobile devices faster and more effective.

As every software has small errors sometimes when we interact with customers through the web on mobile devices it sticks and presents delays in the video.

Acquire's tools have revolutionized the customer service process and my company's analysis recommend the software.

In my experience in my company, live chat makes customers feel more comfortable, when I am at work and I need to talk to clients, about a problem they have, it is much more likely that I will do it by chat. On the one hand, I don't want everyone in the office to hear me talk on the phone. Also, it usually doesn't take that long.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

We recently switched from another live support provider (Zendesk Chat) and the onboarding process (Thanks to Laduram and the team) was amazing during our trial. Customer support for advanced users is critical, and we were able to get the support needed through the whole process. 

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

It's very very minor but I think there can be couple alternatives added to chat notification sounds. My team asked if there were alternatives.

Live Chat + Chatbot functionality. We switched to Acquire because of their one click integration of Google DialogFlow and support for multi-department scenarios. (Some of the other companies didn't offer both or were limited to social platforms such as FB messenger chatbots only). Our previous provider also didn't offer dialogflow support.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

The software did not just aid us in offering exceptional customer service across multiple communication platforms, but it also enabled us to resolve complex customer queries through co-browsing and video chats resulting in first contact resolution.

We have been able to reduce customer complaint resolution time by almost 70%. Acquire has also been phenomenal in boosting Sales -  whenever we have customer hovering over a particular product for long, Acquire quickly send us notification which helps our Agents to convert such customers at ease. 


**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

Sometimes we face some small bugs, however, the Acquire team is always ready to offer support as per the SLA.

Most of the common queries are handled by the Acquire’s AI-driven bot which helps our Agents to focus on more complex customer issues.

We have been able to track the waiting time, response time, and resolution time, which helps us to measure our customer service.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

There is a lot to love about this product. The user interface on the call center-side is simply easy and intuitive to use. Everything is drawn on an easy simple clicks of a button. Key features such as its dashboard to see who's visiting, how long was the client waiting, and minute details of the client was laid out perfectly on a single glance. During the chat, the experience is also great, with video and voice capability, file attachment, co-browsing (which is really great esp for supporting clients on web based issues), and screen-sharing, which are all done through the browser without installing any plugins. The app just simply works after logging in. Post-chat, especially for team leads or executives, the reports and summary details are really very handy. Chat history provides the necessary audit requirements as well as tags for those calls/chats that you want to look and investigate further. Their recent addition of a chatbot makes it more compelling to use their full solution as an omnichannel strategy, with their facebook and other social platform integration. 

On the development side, it's also really simple to add their widget. Few lines of codes and the website already has chat capabilities. Facebook integration is also a matter of configuration, together with all other switches that can be turned on/off based on business need.

**What do you dislike about Acquire?**

Companies need to treat this company as a partner, not a vendor. It is not yet at the level and maturity like the IBM's or the Google's of the world. Given that Acquire is a startup company, there are still a few quirks that one would need constant check with their management team. Constant communication is necessary to explain your requirements. There may be at times where the company may commit onto something but during implementation details may not be what as expected. But then, the Acquire team are very receptive once they see the disconnect and remediate on the changes. Perhaps more effective customer success managers and technical consultants (apart from their CEO) who would aid in the implementation and making the most out of the product may be needed in the field. 

Apart from the people concern, the product also has a lot of potentials that are not yet built. Things such as integration to whatsapp or perhaps integration with your call center phones may be needed to realize a full end-to-end omnichannel experience.

Consider cost, time-to-market, user experience, and completeness of solution in a wholistic view.

Business is currently using Acquire for servicing client. There are immediate business savings to adding a chat capability, especially when hooked to a chatbot which provides round-the-clock service and support for basic questions.

Too simple to explore and the item UI has been reliably getting better.The best thing about Acquire's visit arrangement is the effortlessness at which it very well may be coordinated into any site. The best thing about Acquire's chat solution is the simplicity at which it can be integrated into any website.  In addition to this simplicity, Acquire's system uses innovative solutions to allow their clients to stand out among the competition.

We occasionally run into small bugs that require resolution.  The Acquire team is always responsive and willing to do what it takes to make things right.

As our business strives to promote self-service by offering better online tools, sometimes relationships can suffer as a result of these new-found efficiencies.  We wanted to offer our customers a quick and efficient way to contact us without requiring them to pick up a phone or send an email.  Additionally, the video chat solution is great for face-to-face, and the co-browsing tool helps us diagnose issues faster than ever.

**What do you like best about Acquire?**

We trialed mainly for the co-browse functionality. Simple enough to setup and is significantly a better option for us than screen sharing. Meets all security compliance considerations such as the customer field masking which is particularly important to us being based in the EU.

Feel like some of the product features and settings could be better signposted. Some features we just don’t need such as the chatbot.

If you want a live chat + co-browse solution this is a no-brainer.

We have a small use case to speed up troubleshooting with our in-house teams, being able to navigate and solve issues in real time just speeds things up vs tickets. Will be recommending it to clients who have a more customer focused support base who it’s probably more scalable for.
