**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

I loved how simple it was to create a listing for my company. It took a few hours to get the first pass of the listing together then I just refined and added supporting documentation. I also loved the support I got from Emiley throughout the process. Each step was clear and she quickly answered any questions I had.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

I didn't love the analytics connectors. Given my business type I wasn't able to easily connecct the analytics services I personally use like Mixpanel. But to work around that, I just uploaded screenshots.

**What problems is Acquire.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping founders get connected with buyers quickly and efficiently. Without Acquire I wouldn't know where to start or how to even go through the acquisition process. I think this is a really valuable tool. Especially for solo founders.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

Acquire.com has been extremely helpful throughout the process of my sale, especially my advisor Emiley. She made sure to be available when needed and answer any of my questions i had as a first time seller so i definitely have to shout her out! 

I can confidently say that if you're looking to sell your company you can trust her and the other advisors to guide you as they streamline this entire process for you from start to finish! Definitely worth the experience in my honest opinion.

I simply cannot say that there were any downsides to using acquire.com

**What problems is Acquire.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acquire.com is designed to streamline and simplify the mergary and acquisition (M&A) process. It benefitted me greatly as a first time seller as i had no idea on how to go about selling & all the documents/contracts required for selling.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

Very easy to use, possibly more easier than selling your old car. Great UI both on the seller's side and buyer's side. Very good structure on showcasing the USP of your startup while selling.

You could easily connect your GA + other data for verification. We even had a Customer rep reach out in the initial phase to help us out.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

It's nothing about Acquire itself but more about buyers. Not everyone who seems interested is really "interested".

**What problems is Acquire.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buying and selling smaller businesses was always a problem before. You would have to reach out via your network, Reddit, or some other method and hope it works out. With Acquire, there is a structure and process, it's clean, and it's plugging a big gap that was there before.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

We went through the acquisition for the first time. I knew nothing about it. But the experience was amazing. The platform is super intuitive, and the team is so supportive and very proactive. We worked with Emiley, and she helped us a lot at every step. She always asked if everything was clear, how conversations were going, if we needed any help, shared materials, etc. She was just like a part of our team, really :)

I didn't find any downsides, to be honest.

Managed the entire acquisition process. I have no idea how I would do it without them.

It is simple and easy to use. Any person with or without knowledge can use this platform to sell their business and get connected across the world.

Nothing as such it's GUI can be updated more precisely and themes can be done more better

It is giving platform to people's having no idea from where to start and sell their business. Moreover it enlist various options which helps us to choose from variety of options. Moreover if you got stuck at some point their support service team will be there to assist you further.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

I love how high-touch the onboarding process for sellers is. Just a few days after I submitted my initial listing draft, I had an opportunity to chat for 30 mins with Ebony Santoyo, who proceeded to give me a 1-on-1 tutorial on how to great a listing that sells. Ebony shared a number of specific suggestions--it's clear that she's put in the time to try to understand the nature of my business as well as the perspective of a potential buyer. After the call, I received a homework sheet that's incredibly thorough and detailed. As a first-time founder, I'm super grateful for Ebony's guidance and availability.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

I must have pressed the wrong button at some point that made my listing not editable anymore. I wish there's more warning in the transition from editable to not editable.

**What problems is Acquire.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'd like to sell my business. Acquire.com is making it easy for me to put together an attractive M&A package and find exposure to a large number of potential buyers.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

Whether you're a first-time business seller or ten-time, Acquire.com helps you through all the key steps and educates you on what to do. They really prioritize giving you, the seller, a successful and smooth selling process. 

Oh and also — they have an immense reach and really help you get exposed to good buyers. They have a good screening process to make sure buyers are legit as well (verifying their funds), so that you know whether buyers are trustworthy or not. 

Overall, I can't recommend Acquire.com enough.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

Honestly, the only thing that took some getting used to was their Escrow.com partnership, as Escrow.com is not as modern and user-friendly as Acquire.com. For context, Escrow is what Acquire uses to actually manage the transfer of funds. But I figured it out and it wasn't a big deal in hindsight. 

That said, I can't say anything negative about Acquire.com itself! It was honestly perfect.

Acquire.com solves the problem of buying and selling businesses in scalable and streamlined manner. I sold my small business through Acquire and it was a wonderful process.

So far we have found Acquire.com super easy to use. An integration to our accounting platform, Saasu, is about the only thing missing.

Acquire made an intimidating endeavor become an incredibly simple and easily manageable experience when selling my first SaaS business. 

I was connected to interested buyers who were all truly high-value prospects. If you've used other business marketplaces, you'll understand how much of a better experience this is.

As for the actual "acquire" process - Acquire.com walked me step-by-step through each of the processes when fully handing off my business. It was a little shocking how easy it was made for me. The entire process was not only profitable for me personally, but it was also just an incredible experience overall. I'm very confident that you won't find another selling experience quite like what Acquire.com can provide. 

I'll absolutely be using Acquire for my future endeavors.

I think there was an initial small hiccup in an email blast sent from Acquire regarding my business name in the very early stages. This was fixed immediately, though, so I can't quite complain. 

Truly - every other experience I had with Acquire.com has been absolutely top notch.

If you're selling a business (particularly a SaaS), Acquire will walk you through the entire process for this, from linking you up with a buyer to getting the money in your bank account.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

I just had the opportunity to list my sixth startup on Acquire.com for sale, and I'm very loyal to the platform. They have a pool of interested buyers ready to examine each of my listings, and in the rare case that something goes awry, their team is on the ball and prepared to fix it. I interact mostly with Candice from their team; she couldn't be more helpful and quick to ensure things run smoothly and my listings are approved and put in front of prospective buyers quickly.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

If you're selling multiple startups, you need a separate account for each one of them - and it gets a little tricky trying to figure out which account you're in. More than once, I've sent messages to new buyers about a different startup just because I thought I was in a different account!

Acquire.com is a marketplace that connects people selling their startups to people who want to buy them. I've used them many times to list my startups available for sale.

The platform is perfect for companies with remote co-founders. We can all collaborate and check the platform asynchronously. The UI was very simple as well!

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

I would not say there is a downside! We were a very small company and for sure fit in the Micro catagory. Perhaps continue to champion Micro companies is a suggestion.

The platform brings the buyer to you. We did not have to spend time activley seeking buyers.

Their process is amazing. They have a ton of data integrations (e.g. Stripe) make getting a profile setup super easy. Also, there is super fast, easy access to human-based support! They even provide an advisor to help a seller have the best, clearest listing possible.

Listing a business for sell can be overwhelming.  The Acquire team is always ready to lend support and suggestions.  Most recently had the pleasure to work with Matt Mohler. He went above and beyond in providing outstanding service. 
Matt took the time to go through the listing and offer informative tips to help represent the business.

At this time it is too early to have any dislikes.

Love the network on Acquire. Made some really high quality connections with other entrepreneurs/investors that were interested in my business before I found the right group to acquire it. 

Acquire made it very easy to present the company is a great way. Communicating with prospective buyers on the platform was also a great experience.

Didn't really see any downsides. Really enjoyed the experience and recommend it to others that are looking to either buy or sell a business.

Acquire is a great place to sell your business or product. It was super easy for me to register and list the product for sale. The messaging system makes it easy to communicate with potential buyers and the process is very straight forward.

Sometimes the message notifications don't come through quick enough.

They tell you everything you should add and connect you with many founders.

Sometimes you want to make some changes to your listing but you have to actually go through the approval process again.

I guess it's to ensure the description is still of quality

Not knowing how to sell a business, what documents to prepare or where to find buyers.

It's easy, they handle everything for you and you just need to follow their process

Within a few days, I receieved tens of offers from people. And within the next two weeks, I had sold my first startup! I could not have imagined the process being any simpler. Amazing product!

I love how easy they have made it for a seller and buyer to connect! I'm also a big fan of the fact that they are going above and beyond to help sellers like me get their start ups acquired. They even set you up with an account rep to help you best create your listing. My rep is Ebony Santoya, and she has been a huge resource to me. I had a very productive call with her today and she was able to share with me a handful of tips on ways to improve my listing.

I genuinely can't think of anything I dislike about Acquire.com besides the fact that I'm not an investor in it.... yet!

They created a very simple to use platform for tech companies to be acquired and sold. It takes out the need to hire a business broker.

Out of all the independent brokers and formal acquisition sites, this seems to have the largest pool of Shopify Apps for sale and those looking to acquire them. I had offers within a week from people who already "understood" my business model.

It depends on how active the acquirer is in using the platform. If they do not move through the formal steps via the site, it devolves into email exchange.

Not much I can think of. The process was seamless and free.

While we have listed businesses previously on other websites, none has come close to the experience that Acquire.com has already been for us so far. Listing the business was easy, but the sessions with Ebony who is one of the CSMs was beyond helpful. She walked me through everything on how to describe my listing, what core areas to focus on, what buyers are looking for, and helped me decide what the business would be viewed as in today's competitive scenario and provided so many tools and resources to stand out. I have learned so much already just by being listed on the platform. I absolutely love it and hope I will complete the sale of my business soon.

Nothing yet, but I do wish they had brokers that we could hire for ecommerce sales as well. I know this is a feature they are considering in the future.

I had an overall great experience as a seller on Acquire. There are a lot of high-quality buyers on the platform, and the support from Acquire throughout the whole process is really top-notch (shoutout to Matt Mohler!).

My only negative is that the business listing pages aren't as well designed for certain types of businesses, e.g., ones that have not been in business for at least 12 months (since everything is listed as 12 month trailing revenue") or businesses that aren't subscription-based.

Buying and selling small businesses online. I used the product to list my business, find interested buyers, and facilitate the sale and transfer process.

**What do you like best about Acquire.com?**

Microacquire (now acquire.com) is, by far, the best product on the market for buying and selling online businesses. Sellers don't have to pay a fee, and every project/startup I've listed has been sold within a week or two. To top it off, Acquire.com manages the entire process from start to finish (for free!) -- from collecting NDAs, signed LOIs, and setting up the escrow account for transfer.

From the buyer's perspective, it's a much better marketplace than other sites like Flippa. Higher quality listings with detailed information on both the business and the seller.

There's no reason to use any other marketplace for small to medium-sized online businesses.

**What do you dislike about Acquire.com?**

Almost nothing. It would be great if we could merge the buyer and seller account into one - but I know they're working on that! Keep up the great work!

Buying and selling online businesses. I was trying to sell my startup and a few side projects. It helped me find a buyer quickly and facilitated the entire transaction from start to finish.

I consider myself a developer who made a website that made money.. I have no idea about finance or business stuff.
MicroAcquire made it easy for me to list my business, identify the financials that potential buyers would be interested in, and connect with potential buyers.
It was a simple process that worked !!! <- That is what I like best.
I chatted to about 6 potential buyers before closing with the last one after 5 months of listing :)

Nothing at all. I'm so grateful to them!
Maybe it would have been easier if they added some calculators or explanations of what certain financials are for non business people like me. Eg TTM profit and revenue for example.. I had to google all that.

I wanted to sell my SAAS company or find co-founders. I had no idea where to even begin to look for potential buyers - MicroAcquire seems to be the place!

I did not know what financials to list - MicroAcquire provides simple input fields that forced me to work out the financials for buyers.

I have used Acquire.com to sell two businesses, buy 3 businesses, and meet some amazing people! I like it better than Flippa because the quality of buyers is higher and there is more inventory for micro saas which is my niche. Their website is dead simple to use and their support is stellar! I plan to be using them for years to come :)

My only negative feedback is that you can't have multiple listings under one account. I have listed multiple projects for sale (and had success selling them) but I have to create multiple logins, one for each project! And that's beyond the account I have to review listings for sale... That's my only negative feedback! Everything else is stellar :)

There are no downsides. You could of course wish it was possible to list more than one business per login, but that's easily solved by using multiple emails addresses
