Really happy with how Monsido catches possible grammar and spelling checks. There are multiple collaborators on our website, and although they all have access to our stylebook, sometimes mistakes creep in inadvertently. That is why it's soo good that Monsido flags them for correction.

There are occasional glitches when it flags / corrects acronyms that it doesn't know, but they are easily rectified. Also, our last blog page is empty, and it registers it as a broken link, so it's a bit annoying when you see that notification, and there isn't much that can be done about it. Monsido saves us hundreds of hours every month. There are plenty of tools available that help you manage content, but Monsido does it all. We rely on Content Policies and Heartbeat extensively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting is limited, inability to crawl mobile website (e.g. specify the type of device and browser you want it to crawl from), inability to manage domains in different regions / data centers with the same account, rules engine lacks some basic rules / use cases. One of the most beneficial features is the "Problems Found" targeting of the issues that many times cause site guest problems in viewing our website and the links and details included on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new ADA compliance issues are very time-consuming to address, but the help provided in the reports for WCAG and ADA compliance help to find these issues.
