Receiving a weekly report helps me get on top of any issues. I also like the holistic approach Monsido provides to our website that includes SEO and accessibility on top of quality assurance. The heatmap function will give us lots of insight into the customer's journey on our pages. What problems is Acquia Web Governance solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to be able to identify broken links and misspellings on our website as the highest priority. What has been incredible is that the tool also interrogates documents held on our site. Ensuring the user doesn't have a negative experience is fantastic. I've been working with Harrison quite a lot to get my questions answered. He provided a workflow, and I've been plugging away at improving our site for accessibility. If there's room for improvement, it's in expanding my understanding of accessibility and accessibility technologies. Fortunately, Monsido also provides great presentations to address just that. Working with the team at Monsido was an incredibly easy process! Everyone is responsive and helpful, no matter the time/day. The only issue I have with Monsido is that it does not integrate with our website builder (which is based on the open source project concrete5). The investment is affordable with Monsido to allow our enterprise of State of Iowa government to use the platform to improve website usability. It would be helpful to allow some of the dashboard graphics that are time based to be able to adjust the reporting period. It's helpful to know that there were 35 AA Accessibility Items failing each week for the last 6 weeks but I would like to see what the experience has been over the last quarter, six months, or year.
