Lack of digital product's functions, that would completes the functionalities expected on any DXP platform. With all needed security certifications from FedRamp to Soc to PCI and beyond, there is no concern on the security side of things. Aside from core capabilities, one of the unique features of Acquia Cloud is the weekly engagement of our awesome Technical Account Management team. As a higher education customer, we have a number of internal partners who have their own Drupal development and content management workflows. These college and departmental teams have different needs and different levels of Drupal maturity. Acquia works with us to host a weekly round-up of those teams to go through an agenda that we compile. This way all the teams hear the same message about features, enhancements, and solutions together. It also fosters a place for groups to share and support each other. The TAM engineers are a great resource and are always eager to track down resources and get us answers. And as PaaS, Acquia not only remediated all log4j risks, our conversations with the TAM team helped our IT department stay ahead of the curve on other log4j work we needed to do on our IaaS and on-prem IT deployments. Acquia Support is often the place we hear about global security incidents because they communicate quickly and address threats ahead of any of our other IT SaaS/PaaS providers. **What do you dislike about Acquia Digital Experience Platform?** Pricing can be a challenge in the higher education space. Not all departments have the resources to participate in our partnership, but throughout our relationship, Acquia has been willing to engage in creative approaches to extend the service to more departments at the University. As we move from a cloud-asset-based pricing model to one based on Views and Visits we hope to extend the service further. When we hosted Drupal on-prem and through the University cloud, our infrastructure and systems administration teams struggled to release new features and keep our platforms up to date. Moving to Acquia, the developers have a rich set of constantly evolving tools. They have the command-line level access we offered, but with many more mature layers of automation and abstraction. We were able to realign staff who spent time chasing versions and patching vulnerabilities to higher-level IT tasks that bring more value to the University.
