They're very helpful, and while hard to set up for a new user sometimes, work extremely well once you're up and running. But the reason to use Acquia Cloud is because you have a web application that can't afford to go down or have any Drupal configuration issues. And Acquia Cloud provides that 100%. **What do you dislike about Acquia Digital Experience Platform?** The price. I mean, come on...$516 for 200GB of storage and up to 1mm pageviews per month. This product is for select clients only, like healthcare, financial, legal and government sites where uptime and security regulations are crucial. **Recommendations to others considering Acquia Digital Experience Platform:** If you're running a Drupal site, and your company lives or dies by security (like HIPAA or SEC regs), this is what you must use. There are a lot of great hosts for Drupal sites, but this is the best. If it makes financial sense for you or your client, I can't recommend it more highly. **What problems is Acquia Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping my hospital clients compliant with HIPAA and making sure they don't have to worry about security or downtime. Acquia has a built in process for developing on a dev environment, pushing dev to a stage environment for client review and finally being able to push it up to the live production environment. Debugging is a also easy as the Acquia console can display all logs on the live environment instantly without requiring Drupals DB Log module. Server down time is also at a minimum. Their services are good, but the pricing is too high for most companies to afford. **What problems is Acquia Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting Drupal can be expensive, since Drupal is a very heavy system with lots of database queries and requires a lot of caching.
