What do you like best about Acquia Customer Data Platform?

The platform's drag-and-drop email builder is reasonably simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?

The platform does not seem to have been built by marketers and therefore does not solve many of the challenges marketers face. The platform feels clunky and does not present straightforward ways to complete your desired task.

Additionally, the platform has a lot of random bugs that hinder your ability to work within the platform seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acquia Customer Data Platform?

I love the drag and drop editor for automation flows. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. Their list segmentation tool is very powerful as well and allows for tons of filtering options for email lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?

I did not like their reporting tool. Being in email marketing being able to easily pull reporting is super important and unfortunately their tool was glitchy and innacurate when it came to email reporting metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
