With Acoustic Campaign it is very simple and easy to send the email list to our clients and company whenever there is a requirement by. To send the policy of insurance to customers is very easy and simple. To do the integration of the data is very simple through their excellent functionalities. The opportunities to send the data are of a wide range. They have great automation capabilities. We can easily set up and do the automation quickly and faster. Interface is rather clunky across the board. It works if you know where to go and what button to push. Email building interface is getting better but still a big weak point. Plan to design your emails somewhere else and import them into acoustic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign?

When it comes to Acoustic Campaign, I like how easy it is to send an email. It is also very easy to manage your database of contacts. The ability to test emails is also easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign?

In regards to what my team and I dislike about Acoustic Campaign is the number of service outages we have gotten from the Support Team. For example, one of our emails only sent to 40% of our contact list due to an incident on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Look at other software to handle your emails. If I made the decisions regarding what email software we use with our company, I would not have chosen Acoustic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign?

Acoustic campaign is decent marketing automation platform through which anybody can start designing the marketing campaigns for Email, SMS, Direct mail and push notification and social media marketing campaigns. A/B testing we can perform with multiple subject line and choose the best one with mail open rate. We can easily manage our customers data and start sending personalized marketing campaigns to the customer to drive lots of traffic to the website and mobile application.
