Overall its great marketing automation tool for creating segments, managing customers profiles and sending multiple touches through multiple channel and personalized offers to the customers which drive traffic to our website through multiple channels. I have created multiple batch campaigns, Inbound and outbound multi channel marketing campaigns for all my channels which sends email, SMS, Direct mail and Push notification. I like its user interface for using for workflow creation, creating multiple API events, It can manage all your customers profiles and also manage the multi channel marketing campaigns for sending out emails, SMS, direct mail and push notifications. Now I am able to do end to end campaign management with the help of Acoustic Campaign.
