**What do you like best about ACME?**

The onboarding flow is honestly one of the smoothest I’ve experienced for a platform with this level of complexity. From the moment we started, each step felt logical and easy to follow, and nothing came across as overwhelming. The dashboard is clean and well organized, so it’s simple to find what you need without facing a steep learning curve. For a team that was new to the platform, being able to get oriented quickly without a lot of hand-holding was a real plus. Overall, it’s the kind of UX that makes it clear the product was built with the end user in mind.

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

Nothing major to flag at this stage. As with any new platform, there’s a natural adjustment period, and a few features required a bit of exploration before I fully understood how they worked. A little more contextual help such as tooltips or in-app guidance within the dashboard could make it easier for new users to get up to speed faster. That said, this is only a minor observation and definitely not a dealbreaker.

**What problems is ACME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main challenges for our team was finding a platform that could bring together multiple operational touchpoints without a long ramp-up period. ACME solves this by consolidating everything into a single, well-organized interface that doesn’t require deep technical knowledge to use. 

Because the dashboard is so clear, we spend less time hunting for where things are and more time actually getting work done. For a team juggling multiple priorities at once, that kind of efficiency boost especially early on in adoption is genuinely valuable. Overall, it has reduced friction in our workflow and made cross-functional visibility easier from day one.

**What do you like best about ACME?**

For Rothleys specifically, that kind of dependable, people-centered service is usually the biggest advantage because it supports trust, continuity, and fewer operational headaches

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

The main criticism is that ACME is more dependable than flexible, which can matter if when Rothleys needs quick changes, bespoke handling, or unusually fast turnaround.

**What problems is ACME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Rothleys, ACME solves the problem of reliable service delivery by reducing the amount of time Rothleys has to spend chasing issues, managing repeat work, or dealing with avoidable errors.

**What do you like best about ACME?**

I like ACME's flexibility and how customizable it is. It's great that I can design workflows exactly the way I need without forcing my process to fit the tool. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

One area that could be improved is debugging and error visibility. When workflows become complex, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly identify where something failed or why. Clearer error messages would help.

**What problems is ACME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACME solves the problem of scattered systems and manual work, allowing me to customize and automate workflows to fit my specific business needs.

**What do you like best about ACME?**

The ACME is always present for our security and to updates the applications to there latest versions

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

Sometimes when there is any system update, the pop-up comes and there are 2 options available, we select to restart the system after 10 hours, but the next day ACME irritates us and there are only 2 options present- Restart Now and Postpone 1 hour, so after every 1 hour there is a pop-up which we have to click

For auto updating the system software

ACME helps to keep a track on different updates on my device. It notifies at regular intervals for system check. That really helps to keep the device updated.

There is nothing as of now that I dislike or do not want to have a feature in ACME.

It is easy to set up and use. It meets the basic requirements for a ticketing platform. I am happy with the ease of integration.

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

Tracking customer profiles is a bit difficult if we don't know their ID.

Helps us carry out admission and ticketing to our small events. We needed a system to manage tickets and allow entry for our small community event. ACME did the right job.

Quick and relatively easy when in front of a client/visitor

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

I can't track the customer unless the customer uses the same ID

Its not a CRM but they have been extremely responsive about ways to integrate into a larger data pool.

**What problems is ACME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track attendance at events.  Much faster than Raiser's Edge and simple for walking a customer doing their own thing.

**What do you like best about ACME?**

One of the best things about ACME is its APIs and the ability to integrate different systems. Also, the system is able to gather data offline and if you don't have a stable internet connection, it'll be gold for you.

They have a lot of tutorials and different guides to help you get started. All in all, great software for museum ticket system management.

**What do you dislike about ACME?**

There is nothing to dislike. It might get technical at times but once it is set up, there is nothing else to worry about.

**What problems is ACME solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client had issues with integrating different systems (our Salesforce with Qopepr and our dynamic pricing. ACME system helped us with their integration.

State of the art cloud software to manage tickets, members and client visitations and tracking

Still not completely evolved yet. A few important and popular features are in the build stage

Make sure it covers everything you need. Sometimes a cursory discussion can make it seem it would but you cant be sure until you explore more details.

Centralizing and digitizing the events, tickets, tracking of clients, reporting and volunteer management
