ACL promised the world, and with enough money probably would have delivered. **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023 **What do you like best about ACL Manager?** ACL seems like a world-class solution, and the demos were very compelling. They answered "yes" to all of our questions and checked most of our boxes. The people were professional and friendly. **What do you dislike about ACL Manager?** In the end, we discovered this is not the right solution for small to medium-sized businesses, despite what their sales team assured us. They went over budget, missed deadlines, and they did not deliver the project as specified. Without an unlimited budget, we decided to cut ties and go elsewhere. **What problems is ACL Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer use ACL because of the difficulty of configuring the system to accomplish our needs. With enough money and resources from our side, I am sure they could have done an excellent job.
