This is a tough one, but perhaps, having an option to submit topics would be good (then again its possible I have not noticed it on the platform). I like that the learning experience is through conversations. I don't feel like someone is just reading a power point to me which I could do on my own. i find that the search functionality can be improved such as tag words to make searching easier. Also, I find the dashboard to be cluttered and confusing. I definitely recommend an IT Pro TV subscription, they have amazing content, amazing lecturers and you will learn a lot. My favorite is the Security courses by Daniel Lowrie and also Linux courses as well. I tried other videos as well, and on youtube and nothing compares to IT Pro TV quality and what u can learn besides for fact IT Pro TV has TONS of content available to learn. The most helpful aspect of ITProTV is the fact that it gives the opportunity to learn the basics between the multiple different fields of IT. There are so many different directions you could take in the IT field. ITProTV has education for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very professional staff and talent, diverse selection of content, and lessons are broken into very easy to watch segments that make perfect material to watch on a lunch break. I frequently view certification overviews to see if there may be other certifications I had not considered in my line of work, CompTIA Project+ was one of these. I watched the series to gain a better understanding of project planning and even though I did not take the certification test, I was able to better understand and communicate with the Project Managers to make us more efficient.
