Additionally, while the "bite-sized chunk' format of 15 - 30 minute episodes is pretty standard faire now in the industry, the ITPro.TV staff make it work well here too. Finally, having the practice tests and the virtual labs to practice on and gain confidence before sitting for the actual exam does wonders for building confidence. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** Some of the co-hosts that aren't actually teaching come off as just being there to throw scripted snowball questions at the technical edutainer and to simply advertise for the platform (looking at you Zach). Other than that, the practice tests sometimes don't line up well with the answer key at the end, either stating you marked something wrong when the answer clearly showed it was right, or else the answer doesn't line up with the question at all. The ability to use it anywhere on a variety of platforms, such as computer, phone or tablet. I can set courses for my team and then watch how they do over a set period of time, which is very useful for setting for their KPI’s and yearly personal development programs. The courses are renewed on a fairly regular basis and seem to stay current, for example when the new version of ITIL came along it was not much longer for ITProTV to bring an updated course into there catalog. The customer and corporate support for this application is very good, the pre-sales team especially has been helpful to us with help provided for producing a presentation for the organization to introduce ITProTV to the and to sell the use to them. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** Searching can be problematic sometimes to find exactly what you require. Literally you can be swamped by all the courses and sometimes a more guided approach from the app would be appreciated, maybe having this more by job roles or functions. It would be nice if there was a social aspect to the vide viewing where the users in a corporate could rate and promote courses for there colleagues to go through and view. I found the administration tool does not have as much flexibility as should be possible, to track usage for a corporate account and see who is using the tool actively and not engaging with the tool. In order to do more in-depth analysis you have to down load and then examine the data using MS Access or Excel **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** For remote usage and completeness of course content I can heartedly recommend this tool. **What problems is ACI Learning [ITPro] solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to solve the ongoing problem, of providing resources to our staff to enable them to keep there skills up to date in the most cost effective and time effective way. This is especially more important in these current times with COVID, where in class learning is not possible now. So remote learning becomes the primary channel now. The ability to allow users to learn anytime, anyplace, anywhere is very attractive. The more options we give them the more chances we have that they will be able to find the time and ability to take the training.
