Achyl is practice software built with and for podiatrists (pédicures-podologues) in France. During the consultation, the practitioner records the visit with the patient's consent and speaks their observations aloud. Achyl then drafts the consultation report, the letter to the referring physician, the patient sheet and a patient-friendly infographic, and prepares the prescription. Nothing is final until the practitioner has reviewed, edited and signed it: the analysis and the diagnosis remain theirs. Measurements are read directly from the PDF exports of Medicapteurs, Microgate (OptoGait), Zebris and mDurance devices instead of being retyped. Achyl also runs the practice: patient records and orthotics follow-up, calendar with online booking and reminders, electronically signed prescriptions and invoices, quotes signed online, a sterilization log, and an AI assistant that answers clinical questions with cited sources. Health data is hosted in France with HDS-certified providers. Patient names are pseudonymized before AI drafting, and data is never used to train models. 30-day free trial, one collaborator included.
