Over the past couple of years achievers raised there points/prices on a lot of different items. Now as a direct result I often have left over points that are unusable as the total is too small to redeem. I will leave this company one day unable to spend those points thus almost defeating being rewarded. So if I get 50000 achievers and want to get a 50 dollar gift card I wouldn't able to afford it like I used to. Now I'd have to earn additional points just to cover that extra 250 or 500 or whatever. Then once I get those I'll be in the same cycle of having indefinite left over points. Long story short I just don't understand how inflation hit our rewards system. THe platform is easy to use and has a number of features employees should enjoy like mentions, follows, etc. There's a nice variety of items that can be obtained from the rewards store although I mostly just go for the gift cards.
