"Helping us to Stay on Track"

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

Achieve has been a great way for our department to keep regular track of our progress and to evaluate where we are at and where we will need to be going ahead.

It is easy to login each month and see where we have been and compare last month's progress to this.

AchieveIt has also helped me to be accountable for looking at data each month instead of leaving it to "when there is time in my schedule." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

One thing that has been challenging for me to get used to about monthly reporting is what to do when our numbers go down in a month instead of in an upward trajectory. One way to mitigate this is the emphasis on both a general progress and a numerical report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good platform for a first time strategic plan user"

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

This is our company’s first experience using a strategic planning software tool, and we were seeking a solution that was simple, effective, and provided guidance throughout the process. AchieveIT has exceeded our expectations in all three areas, particularly with their excellent support. The custom dashboard we built for tracking plan initiatives has significantly enhanced our management meetings and strengthened accountability across our team. What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

AchieveIT is not the most modern looking tool so the interface can be a little confusing at times finding specific projects, milestones, etc. and how they tie to the pillars we've created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AchieveIt solving and how is that benefiting you?

For 2025, we're focused on setting clear and meaningful strategic company goals. Previously, we relied on scattered documents and spreadsheets to track these initiatives. "Easy to use for all users"

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

I love the progress graphics and ease of use. People in our organization have been more excited about goal setting since using AchieveIt and it's exciting to see the progress our university has made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

As an administrator, it takes time to prepare spreadsheets to upload. I don't know how this could be improved, however, and the current model works pretty well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

AchieveIt is a great way to keep track of goals and strategic plans. I like that there are email reminders to update the plans set at the chosen frequency. I also like that you can build custom metrics or graphs to keep track within the program. You can also upload data or files into the updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

"Achieves progress updates quickly"

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

I receive email notifications which link to my AchieveIt account and reminds me to complete progress updates. The platform is generally intuitive for completing the data tasks I'm charged with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

I have found that there's sometimes a lag when I'm entering my updates. It has created some confusion once or twice when I submit updates because the changes haven't been reflected immediately. I had to refresh the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Provided structure and organization to our roles"

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

I like the structure it provides to our department; it allows me to see my overall goals and the steps I need to accomplish to achieve them. Another thing I like is being able to see our public health work plan and how our team is working to achieve our department goals. What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

The only thing would be adding others as users every time you add to your work plan. It would be nice if it would automatically include my supervisor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AchieveIt?

Ease of use is #1 ! The ability to tailor the nomenclature within AchieveIt to our organization is huge. Moving tiles, editing sections is easy. The bulk edit tool allows us to share strategies across plans and the linking feature ties our greater workplans to individual workplans demonstrating how everyones work is important! Customer service is the very best from the ease of implementation to the creation of dashboards and reports. So very customizable, it is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AchieveIt?

I can't say I have discovered a downside, except cost and sustainability is always a consideration. The tool isn't inexpensive but it is worth the money spent to be sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quality culture, documenting the work and the improvements. The old saying, if it isn't documented , it didn't happen. AchieveIt is bringing our workplans to life by saving valuable staff time who regularily say they don't have time to document performance, progress or Quality Improvement projects.
