Achieve has been a great way for our department to keep regular track of our progress and to evaluate where we are at and where we will need to be going ahead.

It is easy to login each month and see where we have been and compare last month's progress to this.

One thing that has been challenging for me to get used to about monthly reporting is what to do when our numbers go down in a month instead of in an upward trajectory. This is our company’s first experience using a strategic planning software tool, and we were seeking a solution that was simple, effective, and provided guidance throughout the process. AchieveIT is not the most modern looking tool so the interface can be a little confusing at times finding specific projects, milestones, etc. and how they tie to the pillars we've created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the structure it provides to our department; it allows me to see my overall goals and the steps I need to accomplish to achieve them. Another thing I like is being able to see our public health work plan and how our team is working to achieve our department goals. Ease of use is #1 ! The ability to tailor the nomenclature within AchieveIt to our organization is huge. Moving tiles, editing sections is easy. The bulk edit tool allows us to share strategies across plans and the linking feature ties our greater workplans to individual workplans demonstrating how everyones work is important! I like that you're able to keep track of your work, sort of like a digital planner. As well as being able to change track of work, timelines, and see other work your colleages are doing if they're collaborating with you. It's easy to use, and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like there to be more note options, like not particular to a task, but more so a "page" where you can jot down notes or action items before updating a task! How easy to use and understand! The customer support is always available to help and take the time to answer your questions and clarify any issues. AchieveIt offers the ability to provide monthly and quarterly updates on my organization's goals, so I can look back and see how those goals progressed and were truly achieved. The software does exactly what we need for our organization to be impact oriented and goal driven. It now gives us transparancy so that we can be alligned in our efforts. It is easy to use, intuitive, allows for APIs to import other data that is useful, and the customization is incredible for it to feel like it was made for us. Honestly, I would love to share something constructive but so far, it is a dream. We determined how we wanted to do our university goal setting through OKRs without knowing that AchieveIt would make it such a lighter lift. The platform is easy to understand. I like the weekly reminders to update our progress and it makes it much easier to demonstrate to our team how we are doing on our KPIs and how our work is impacting other departments.
