Customer support is really great. It is very easy to use. **What do you dislike about AchieveIt?** In our organization, we use a calculation system to assign score to the activities by department. The platform doesn't provide that option. Helps our team stay focused on what matters more - metrics that contribute to student achievement. The team is responsive and helps me maximize the platform to solve problems in our school district. For example, I used a custom field option to capture innovative or forward-thinking ideas, which I then used to create a dashboard. We'll use this to both inspire org leaders to implement innovative solutions and to get ahead of planning for our next strategic plan. **What do you dislike about AchieveIt?** As an organization new to the platform, I've struggled with making sure other teams maximize the use of the platform. It's challenging to create direct connections from school district systems to AchieveIt, so teams have to manually input data updates. While some functional groups have built this into their regular practice, not all teams have done so. **What problems is AchieveIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us stay focused on regularly analyzing and reporting metrics - both for accountability to the school board (and thereby our community) and to the Superintendent. We used to use excel spreadsheets- now we can quickly and easily get updates with a very simple process. Our stakeholders can easily access up-to-date information on our website, so our work is transparent and accountable. I've also been pleased with the training and support we have received through the folks at AchieveIt.
