Achi turns a plain-English description of how work gets approved into a working Process App. Type something like "Collect supplier details and documents. Procurement reviews first, then Finance, then Legal", and Ask Achi builds the form, the roles and the stages for you to review and publish. Each reviewer gets one place to see the request, its history and their decision, with one click to approve, reject or send it back for changes. A live view shows where every request is waiting and who has it, so nobody has to chase updates by email or spreadsheet. Achi is built for operations, finance and procurement teams at UK companies with 50 to 500 staff, with a UK and GDPR focus. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed.
