Recently, I came across GitHub Acebase realtime database. Here are the things that I liked about it:- • Seamless Integration with GitHub: AceBase's integration with GitHub is a game-changer. It effortlessly synchronizes data between the database and GitHub repositories, ensuring that your data is always in sync with your codebase. • Real-time Collaboration: AceBase facilitates real-time collaboration by allowing multiple team members to access and modify data concurrently. This feature greatly enhances team productivity, as developers can instantly see changes made by their peers, leading to quicker decision-making and more efficient code development. •Versioned Data: Just as GitHub manages code versions, AceBase manages data versions. Each data change is tracked, timestamped, and can be easily reverted if needed. This ensures data integrity and provides a safety net for critical data modifications. What problems is AceBase realtime database solving and how is that benefiting you? • Data Version Control: I remember once working with a team and using DynamoDb. I needed some data for testing up my application. I had a very hard time collecting data for the tests. But unfortunately, while I was in the middle of the tests, one of my colleagues ran a script that deleted the table which was required by me. Proper documentation of how to use, what is included is present on github. Moreover, provides a detailed instructions on installation and best thing is it is compatible to run on browser. Rather than just having a issues tab on github repository.
