The free WordPress hosting with your own domain is wonderful. There don't appear to be any major limitations for a small website without a lot of traffic, as they allow sFTP access, access to up to 10 databases and PHP source code access. They helped me install an SSH key so that my website uses HTTPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting? They do require you to submit some reviews to keep the free service, which they should state on their website, but do not as of today. Their website indicates the free account has WHM access, but it actually only has cPanel. That is enough for most things, but be aware of it. As you would expect for a free account, there is no technical support, so make sure you have some WordPress background. You also need to pay for your domain registration, but it doesn't have to be with AccuWeb. I went ahead and paid for domain registration with them as a thank you for the free hosting, though.
