I enjoy the chat feature because I can immediately talk with a representative when I have questions about the system. It's become easier to navigate as I learn the features. I like the ability to select a package from the Start Profile. The Full Subject icon allows me to view an application before it's sent for processing. The easy download feature is great once the report is complete. The search engine is helpful for quickly locating candidates. I like being able to access reports quickly and the ability to get in and out of the system quickly.
