I would be great if we could extend the donor pass longer if an employee is not able to complete the process, especially due to COVID-19. We have seen an increase in expired donor passes because employees have to make appointments past the deadline. When this happens, I have to call Customer Service and have them re-issue the pass and then I have to contact the employee. It would be great if I could have the ability to extend the pass in order to save time. Another suggestion would be for the Middle Name section (when ordering reports) to have a check box that identifies when it does not apply. Often times I have to go through the whole process and click submit, then I get an error message saying there is not information entered for the middle name, at that time the box appears and then I can click it and hit submit, it is sort of a pain and it would be great if the box could be available from the beginning.
