  ### 1. Useful tool for managing communication with patients

**What do you like best about AccuRx?**

You can send text messages directly from patient's accounts, this prevenst sending to the wrong patient. It is possible to pre-set message templates, also to allow answer or ask for pictures. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about AccuRx?**

I have to admit I cannot think of downsides. Except that it would allow you to send message with more than one patient account open, even if it warns you it should not allow it.

**Recommendations to others considering AccuRx:**

Use this if you want easy hassle
Free patient communication mamagement that is securely recorded on patient's file.

**What problems is AccuRx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending survey feedback request to patients, sensing text messages, requesting pictures before consiltations. It makes me more productive as I can send pre set templates
