I can easily access data from the automated reporting system in real time and see crimes on a map . I like that I don't have to use other programs to create maps and to get data since it's all now in one system. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Accurint?** I dislike that I can't upload an excel file or shapefiles to further analyse data. I can only use the data obtained from the automated reporting system. **Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis Accurint:** The product is highly recommended **What problems is LexisNexis Accurint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to analyze crime in the city and see what crime trends are happening. I can also see hot spots and see crime patterns of concern and I can create reports to send to command staff. ### 2. Accurint should just allow access to everyone / take away that feature. **What problems is LexisNexis Accurint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to obtain Vin #'s, verify addresses and vehicle owners. The biggest benefit is being able to get info on an person using just one parameter ### 3. I cant say how important that is in my line of work. People love changing their names even a little to confuse the system. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Accurint?** I'm not sure I like how I get kicked out and have to constantly log back in throughout my shift. **What problems is LexisNexis Accurint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this resource helps me narrow down any and all leads provided by my clients to the most recent and best possible one. Using one piece of information I can go any which way i choose. From addresses to phone numbers, socials, relatives vehicle registrations. Almost endless. It's beautiful. ### 4. You can search by SSN, name, address, pretty much any data point. Interface drop-downs and search functions allow for quick filtering and sorting. I have yet to NOT find a person or relative of the person I was searching for. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Accurint?** Although the database is huge, there are a lot of duplicate entries. It makes sense since some of the data comes from credit reports which people fill out themselves and may give slightly different spellings or abbreviations, but it's just an annoying little thing to work through. **What problems is LexisNexis Accurint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skiptracing defaulted borrowers and possible fraudsters ### 5. The Workstation application assists analysts in pattern identification, data mining, analysis and prediction of serial events. Accurint Crime Analysis Workstation also includes automated COMPSTAT reporting that analyzes data and combines results into a single PDF report for decision makers. **What problems is LexisNexis Accurint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crime location, patterns, and potential risks in the area ### 6.
