Accurate can handle the volume of our needs well. Their customer service is very responsive and business oriented. Quarterly reviews are always comprehensive. The 24x7 chat feature of the Accurate Background service is incredibly helpful. HR is never a 9-5 job, and having access to resources all day, 364 days a year is invaluable. I would like more self service options such as being able to add new/remove users from our account. I would also like to see additional notes in the background order to be clear as to if a candidate has completed additional forms that are required for a search and details if the form was not completed correctly.
