The customer support, while it needs to be improved is not quite helpful, in providing assistance. It would be fantastic if the software provided accounting features to make it more useful for businesses. **What do you dislike about Accurants?** Having customization options tailored to countries would be an addition. Accurants does not cater well to businesses but expanding its capabilities to handle projects would be better too. Accurants poses cost related problems, for businesses. **What problems is Accurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lacks accounting and bookkeeping solutions. It is difficult when dealing with projects. Needs to benefit from improved security measures.
