If you are in highly volatile niche where you need stats many times per day its only a decent rank tracker but not good or excellent. Their team doesnt work on weekends so even if theres an issue you can forget about getting any support during potentially most lucrative part of the week or year or you can forget about them fixing anything. The frontend on client side is really slow to update and sometimes I need to refresh browser 100 times and still some charts will show data from yday but the keyword list will show todays data etc. Now they have been out for 2 weeks, I cannot refresh keywords, cannot follow my experiments, I wonder will they reduce the monthly fee Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I think customer support has been absolutely fantastic. They're based in Denmark, but we've never had a challenge reaching them or getting a response within a business day. I like the ease of setting things up as projects and uploading things in bulk, which makes for ease of use. The platform's reliability is impressive as it connects well to Looker Studio and we've never been left guessing on what to do. The ability to upload batches of keywords using tags and taxonomy logic in a spreadsheet is incredibly time-saving compared to navigating through the system UI. I think the use of AI share of voice is confusing for our clients. It's not necessarily that we are tracking the share of voice within AI overviews, but that it is an AI calculated share of voice. What I like best about AccuRanker is how intuitive and easy it is to navigate. The UX is clean and makes it simple to find exactly what you need without any issues. Despite being very user-friendly, it’s also packed with features, so you’re not sacrificing depth for simplicity. The tagging functionality is a standout for me, as it allows for really granular reporting and makes it easy to segment data in a meaningful way. Exporting data is also incredibly straightforward, which saves a lot of time when pulling together reports. The architecture of the whole system is built for scale, which means we're able to track thousands of key phrases without any downturn on performance.
