I mainly use Accur8 TMS for work, like adding loads, sending RCs, and following updates from my colleagues. It creates a good work environment and makes it easy for us to be punctual and reliable. It's good all around and helps with the workflow with multiple features that are user-friendly and applicable in everyday use. Sending documents is easy, and I can stay up to date with all new features and updates. The program is pretty adaptable to all issues and is an all-around good program. I find it fully developed to be a standalone program that covers all bases. We switched from PCS and never looked back because Accur8 TMS does everything PCS did, but better. I feel like the HR platform for days off could use a more detailed view and more customization options. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a calendar for all employees, defaulted by departments, which managers can edit but can be viewed by team members to keep everyone up to date regarding the workflow. Accur8 TMS is the best TMS program I've ever used. It keeps track of all the data our company needs in real time. My favorite feature is the Command Center tool, which gives management a full overview of the entire fleet in one place and is fully customizable. I also appreciate the load planning tool, which is great for new dispatchers to learn load routes and the tolls associated with certain routes. The integration with necessary programs for trucking companies and brokerages is very useful.
